Service: Graphic Design Plan (Weekly Plan, Monthly Plan)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to the Graphic Design Plan, you ("Client") agree to these terms and conditions, which govern the use of services provided by Corey Hall, doing business as Bad Design Studio ("Service Provider"). These terms apply to all services rendered under both the Weekly and Monthly Graphic Design Plans.

2. Service Overview

The Graphic Design Plan includes the following:

• One Request at a Time: Design requests are handled one at a time to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Turnaround Time: While design requests are typically completed within a few business days, the exact delivery time will depend on the complexity of the request and the current workload.
• Design Portal: All communication, design requests, and revisions will be managed through the Client’s Trello dashboard.
• Unlimited Revisions: Client can request as many revisions as necessary until satisfied with the design.
• Stock Photos: Unlimited access to stock photos is provided for use in designs.
• Users: Unlimited users can be added to collaborate on the Client's design requests.

3. Payment Terms

• Monthly or Weekly Payment: A recurring payment is required based on the plan selected (Weekly or Monthly). The exact amount will be stated at the time of sign-up and may vary based on discounts or promotions.
• Payment Schedule: Billing begins on the date the Client makes their first payment, and recurring payments will be billed on the same day of each week or month through Stripe's recurring payments system.
